3. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order, subject to the conditions below.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused and undamaged
  • Item must be in original packaging with all tags and components
  • Proof of purchase is required

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.

4. Return Process

4.1 Initiating a Return

To begin a return:

  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery
  • Provide your order number and reason for return

If approved, we will provide:

  • Return instructions
  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), if applicable
  • A return shipping label (if applicable)

4.2 Preparing Your Return

  • Securely package the item in original packaging
  • Include all accessories, manuals, and included items
  • Include any required documentation and authorization form
  • Affix return shipping label to outside of package (if applicable)

4.3 Shipping the Return

  • Ship the item within 7 days of receiving return approval
  • Use a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Company Responsibility: If the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item), we will cover return shipping costs

6. Return & Refund Scenarios

6.1 Change of Mind

  • Must be requested within 30 days
  • Item must meet return conditions
  • Refund issued to original payment method
  • Restocking fees may apply

6.2 Defective or Damaged Items

  • Notify us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide photo or video evidence

Resolution:

  • Replacement OR full refund
  • Return shipping covered by us

6.3 Incorrect Item Received

  • Contact us upon receipt

Resolution:

  • We will arrange return at our expense
  • Correct item will be shipped promptly

6.4 Item Not Received

  • Contact us if your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe

Resolution:

  • Carrier investigation initiated
  • Replacement or full refund if confirmed lost

6.5 Order Cancellation

  • Before shipment: Full refund available
  • After shipment: Return process must be followed

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Perishable goods
  • Intimate or sanitary goods (unless unused and unopened)
  • Gift cards and downloadable products
  • Certain items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.

8. Refunds
